Inventory Manager is a private, invitation-only tool for administering ticket purchases and sales and preparing quarterly VAT returns. This page explains what personal data the tool processes and why.
What we store
- The email address you sign in with.
- The administration you enter yourself: events, venues, seats, purchase and sale amounts, booking references, marketplace and account names, and notes, together with the VAT records derived from them.
Where your data is stored
By default your administration is kept with a cloud provider located in the EU, so you can reach it from any device you sign in from. In Settings you can instead choose to keep it only on the device you are using: it is then stored encrypted in that browser and removed from our servers. In that case it is not available on your other devices and we hold no copy, so export a JSON backup now and then — if that browser is cleared, the data is gone.
Why, and on what basis
The data is used solely to provide the administration tool to invited users and to prepare VAT returns. There is no advertising, no profiling, and your data is never sold or shared for marketing. The basis is our legitimate interest in running this back-office tool for the people we invite to use it.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of specialist providers to run the service: one for sign-in and the cloud database, one for hosting the web app, and one for the bot check on the sign-in screen. They act only on our instructions, process your data within the EU/EEA or under appropriate safeguards, and do not use it for their own purposes or track you across other websites. We can name the specific providers on request — just email the address below.
How it is protected
- All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS, with HSTS).
- Access is limited to accounts the administrator creates; there is no public sign-up.
- Each account can only see its own data, enforced at the database level.
- Sign-in is protected by a captcha and by rate limiting.
Cookies and tracking
There are no advertising or analytics cookies. A session token is kept in your own browser only to keep you signed in, and is removed when you sign out or close the tab. The bot check may store a short-lived technical token for the human check described above.
How long we keep it
Your administration is kept for as long as you use the tool. It is removed when you ask us to, or when your account is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, or a copy to take elsewhere, and you can object to its use. Contact droger_vest_0b@icloud.com and we will act on it.
